Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the SecondSee platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

SecondSee provides an enterprise intelligence layer for smart glasses, including AI-powered task guidance, real-time quality assurance, fleet management, and operational analytics. The Service connects compatible smart glasses to your organization's workflows and integrations.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful business purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Not use the Service to capture, process, or store data from individuals without their informed consent
  • Comply with all applicable privacy and surveillance laws in your jurisdiction
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Subscription and Payment

Pilot engagements are billed as a fixed project fee. Production subscriptions are billed per-worker on a monthly or annual basis. Enterprise agreements are negotiated individually. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice.

5. Data and Intellectual Property

Your Data. You retain all rights to data you input into the Service, including video streams, workflow configurations, and analytics. SecondSee does not claim ownership of your data.

Our IP. The Service, including its software, AI models, documentation, and design, is owned by SecondSee and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription.

6. Service Level

We strive for 99.9% uptime for Enterprise customers. Pilot and Per Worker plans are provided on a commercially reasonable efforts basis. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall SecondSee be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may terminate your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice. SecondSee may terminate the Service for material breach after providing 15 days written notice and an opportunity to cure. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
